Meet the Team
Donna Browning
Donna Browning is the President and Founder of Encore Designs, Inc. She has over 30 years of experience in the decorating industry and has the innate ability to add a touch of beauty and style that reflects her client’s lifestyles. Her past experience also includes working in interior decorating showrooms in Arvada and Aspen, Colorado. She studied art and design at Colorado State University and Arapahoe Community College. Donna is skilled at creating beautiful spaces under a variety of budgets and styles and is committed to cultivating valued relationships and helping clients reach the best version of their overall goal. When Donna is not working, she enjoys golf, cooking, camping, boating as well as spending time with her family.
Megan Herald
Megan Herald is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Encore Designs, Inc. She is passionate about decorating and organizing and is inspired by the idea of making people’s lives more beautiful through their homes. Megan has an entrepreneurial spirit, has been a business owner for over 10 years and has a degree from Colorado State University. She is skilled in project management, client services, interior decorating and organization solutions. Megan enjoys working with homeowners to deliver practical solutions to help create beautiful spaces that are comfortable and enjoyable to live in. In her spare time, Megan enjoys the outdoors, cooking and spending time with her young children and husband
